Weather and Geography
Orlando is noted for its mild, subtropical climate. Summer high temperatures average in the low-to-mid 90s°F (mid-30s°C ). Its closeness to the Atlantic Ocean allows sea breezes to cool the temperature, but keep humidity high, thus making temperatures stable. The Orlando area is also known as the home to 100 plus lakes.
