Mesa Grill by Bobby Flay
Award-winning chef & TV personality, cookbook author and restaurateur Bobby Flay will bring his vibrant Southwestern cuisine to The Cove with the opening of Mesa Grill, his first restaurant outside the United States. Open for dinner.
Mosaic
A fresh concept in custom-made cuisine, this Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features action cooking stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to churrasco. Mosaic is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Guests at The Cove Atlantis can also experience the culinary delights at The Atlantis. The wonderful restaurants here include: Nobu (quintessential new-style Japanese cuisine), Cafe Martiniqué (classic French fare), Carmines (famous family-style Italian eatery), Seafire Steakhouse(signature spit-roasted prime rib and meat market ), and Bimini Road (for a true Bahamian experience).

Gourmet dining plan (GDP)
This plan offers a choice of full American or continental breakfast daily at Marketplace, Plato's, Murray's Delicatessen, Coral Towers Lounge, Water's Edge, Voyager's, Seaglass or Mosaic and dinner daily in Marketplace, Café at the Great Hall of Waters, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray's Delicatessen, Marina Pizzeria, Carmines, Bimini Road, Water's Edge, Bahamian Club, Casa d'Angelo, Chop Stix, Voyager's or Mosaic. At á la carte restaurants, dinner includes a choice of appetizer; soup or salad; entrée; dessert; and tea & coffee.
Cove gourmet plan (CGP)
This plan offers a choice of full American or continental breakfast daily at Seaglass, Mosaic, Marketplace, Plato's, Murray's Delicatessen, Coral Towers Lounge, Water's Edge or Voyager's and dinner daily in Mesa Grill, Mosaic, Marketplace, Café at the Great Hall of
Waters, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray's Delicatessen, Marina Pizzeria, Carmines, Bimini Road,
Water's Edge, Bahamian Club, Casa d'Angelo, Chop Stix or Voyager's. At á la carte restaurants, dinner includes a choice of appetizer; soup or salad; entrée; dessert; and tea & coffee.
Dining plans terms & conditions:
- Dining plans, rates and features are subject to change without notice.
- Due to high demand, the CDP and GDP plans should be booked a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival.
- The 15% mandatory gratuity is not included in the price of either dining plan and will be automatically charged based on the actual dining check for each meal, not the cost of the plan.
- Children 6 and under eat free when dining with parents in a dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them.
- Children 7 to 11 years are required to purchase a child's dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in restaurants that offer them. Should children 7-11 order from the full menu, they will be charged full retail price.
- Children's menus are available in Café at the Great Hall of Waters, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray's Delicatessen, Bahamian Club, Casa d'Angelo, Chop Stix and Bimini Road.
- Guests on the CGP or GDP who choose to dine at Carmines will only be seated with other persons dining on a CGP or GDP plan.
- Dining plans are available for a minimum of 2 nights and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. Plans begin with dinner on the day of a guest's arrival and end with breakfast on their day of departure.
- The value of unused meals will be non-refundable and may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants.
- Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juice are not included for dinner; juice is included for breakfast only.
- All persons sharing a room (adults and children) must purchase the same dining plans. Guests 12 years and over are considered adults and are required to purchase the same dining plan as their parents; therefore, adult dining prices apply.
- Restaurant hours of operation, openings, restaurants names, as well as participating restaurants in the dining plans, are subject to change without notice. Surcharges may apply to some menu items.
- Dining plans are not applicable to groups.
- Dining plan changes, revisions and cancellations need to be confirmed separately.
- Dining attire guidelines exist for all restaurants.
The Cove Pool and Cabana Club is a 9,000 square foot pool made for lounging and socializing. Live DJs and gaming tables add to the social element. There is an 18 & older pool area & 22 private cabanas overlooking the ocean and Cove Beach.
The Cove guests also have access to Atlantis, which features an 11-million-gallon fresh & saltwater lagoon/pool, the Mayan Temple with its thrilling Leap of Faith water slide, the largest open-air marine habitat in the world with over 50,000 marine animals, and The Dig, a maze of underwater corridors and passageways providing a journey through ancient Atlantis.
Aquaventure, a 63-acre, immersive water experience with 5 million gallons of water, offers guests the chance to experience revolutionary water play. Guests can experience 3 inner-tube water slides and 1 body slide.
Dolphin Cay is the resort's new dolphin habitat. It has a 6-million-gallon lagoon and is one of the largest inland habitats in the world, housing 17 dolphins that were displaced from their home in Gulfport, Mississippi by Hurricane Katrina.
