Disney's Beach Club Resort is one of eight deluxe Disney Resorts located in the Epcot area of the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests of the resort enjoy easy access to Disney's Hollywood Studios (1 mile) Animal Kingdom (6 miles) Epcot (3 miles) and Disney's Magic Kingdom (6 miles). The Disney Beach Club Resort offers extensive amenities and outstanding service including 1 full-service and 3 quick service restaurants, room service, luggage service, valet parking, on-site child care and complimentary transportation. EXTRA MAGIC HOUR BENEFIT. Each day one of the Disney Theme Parks opens an hour early or stays open up to an extra three hours after regular park closing so guests of Disney Resorts have the opportunity to play more in the parks.
DISNEY ID. At check-in, you'll receive a Disney ID card. Guests can charge select Disney purchases (i.e. meals, merchandise and tickets) right to their rooms!
PACKAGE DELIVERY. Don't worry about carrying your packages around all day! As a Disney Resort guest, you can enjoy the convenience of having purchases from select Disney shops delivered right to your Disney Resort.
COMPLIMENTARY PARKING. Guests receive a free permit to use at most places on the property.
GUEST TRANSPORTATION. Unlimited use of Disney Transportation to all areas of The Walt Disney World Resort including on motor coaches, water taxis and the Monorail is provided.

Standard room
The Disney's Beach Club Resort has 576 rooms, all tastefully decorated in a casual seaside decor. Rooms feature 2 queen beds and a daybed or 1 king bed and a daybed, spacious bathrooms, and ceiling fans. Standard rooms have balconies or patios with views of the grounds or parking area, while the water view rooms overlook the lake, lagoon, canal or pool areas. Concierge standard/garden view rooms are located on the fifth floor and overlook the lovely gardens or resort grounds while the concierge water view boasts a view of the lake, lagoon, canal or pools from their private balcony or patio. Cribs are complimentary based on availability. Non-smoking rooms and handicapped rooms are available upon request at the hotel. Children under 18 stay free with an adult (plus 1 infant under 3 with a crib). Minimum check-in age is 18.

Terms and conditions:
— The duration of the Disney Dining Plan must coincide with the number of nights of the room reservation.
— Everyone in the room must be on the same package and ticket options.
— Meals for guests ages 3-9 may not be used by persons 10 and up.
— Certain dining locations require the redemption of two Table Service meals per guest. One Table-service meal may be exchanged for one Character Dining Experience.
— Guests ages 3-9 must order from the children’s menu where available.
— Gratuities are not included (when applicable).
— Package and package components, including dining entitlements, are nontransferable.
— Dining entitlements expire at midnight on the day of checkout.
Due to the popularity of the Disney table service restaurants, dining availability may be limited or not available without advance reservations. It is recommended that reservations be made in advance and are available up to six months in advance. Reservations may be required based upon dining choice. To check bags using the Resort Airline check-in, please call 407-284-1231 to pay your baggage fees before you travel. Call between 7 AM and 11 PM (ET) and use your MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Otherwise, you will need to take your baggage on the bus with you and pay for them at a US Airways ticket counter at the airport. Be sure that your baggage meets the airline size requirements. Oversize (more than 50 pounds) luggage will not be accepted at the Resort Airline check-in desk.
