    Providing a unique combination of superb location, comprehensive services and exhilarating oceanfront recreation, the Avalon is the ideal destination for your next Miami South Beach getaway. Right in the heart of the Art Deco District and opposite the South Beach, the Avalon is the comfortable, casual place to stay on Miami's famous Ocean Drive. With traditional South Beach flair, the Avalon Hotel offers two low-rise towers, with 104 newly appointed accommodations that offer modern amenities with a true Art Deco flair. Our guests can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean via South Beach, or pool privileges at our sister property, the South Seas Hotel. Whether you are planning a leisure getaway, or want to play until the sun comes up, the Avalon is the perfect vacation destination. NOTE: The Avalon has a special events policy. During special events 4 RULES may apply; *people staying in the hotel must be 21 years or older, *must have valid credit card at check in, *nightly minimums apply and *only two people per room. During the months of February, March and April, the special events policy is in effect and children are not allowed at the hotel during this time.

"Settle down to a perfect stay at the Avalon Hotel. Tastefully furnished, our 106 newly appointed rooms and baths offer a fresh new feel to the casual comfort the Avalon is famous for. Rooms feature colorful ""modern art-deco"" decor and are located in two separate buildings, both of which have three floors, and one that offers smoke free rooms. The Avalon features all the comforts you would expect including plush, comfortable beds, light weight down comforters and luxury toiletries. The Avalon offers rollaway beds for an additional price, payable directly to the hotel. Cribs are complimentary based on availability. Handicapped rooms are available upon request at the hotel. Check-in time is 3 PM. Checkout time is 11 AM.

Max 4 adults per room / Max 4 persons per room valid through May 01 - December 31, children under 9 years old stay free with an adult in existing bedding.
Max 2 adults per room / Max 2 persons per room valid February 01 - April 30, children are not allowed at the hotel for this special event time frame. All guests must be 21 years or older to stay at the hotel."
