During special events 4 RULES may apply; *people staying in the hotel must be 21 years or older, *must have valid credit card at check in, *nightly minimums apply and *only two people per room. During the months of February, March and April, the special events policy is in effect and children are not allowed at the hotel during this time.

"The South Seas' 111 guestrooms offer one king bed, one queen bed, or two double beds and are designed with a contemporary decor that includes white bedding with plush white down comforters, richly toned wood furniture, desks with chairs, and white-tiled bathrooms with pedestal sinks and luxury ""essential oils"" bath products. Rollaway beds are available for an additional price, payable directly to the hotel. Non-smoking and handicapped rooms are available upon request at the hotel. Max 4 adults per room / Max 4 persons per room valid through May 01-Dec 31, children under 9 years old stay free with an adult in existing bedding. Max 2 adults per room / Max 2 persons per room valid February 01 - April 30, children are not allowed at the hotel for this special event time frame. All guests must be 21 years or older to stay at the hotel. Minimum age to check-in is 21 years of age. Check-in time is 3 PM. Checkout time is 11 AM."
