    The Holiday Villas is an ideal vacation destination for the budget-minded families seeking spacious accommodations with easy access to Disney World and many other Orlando attractions. Located five minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, in the heart of all of the action, guests will enjoy maximum convenience, outstanding customer service, and comfortable accommodations. Our spacious two- and three bedroom villas feature separate bedrooms, two full baths, a complete kitchen, a living room and in-unit laundry. The Villas offer an apartment-like setting and are situated in small groupings, with each villa cluster featuring it's own courtyard complete with a small pool and a four-person spa, fitness center, tennis court, and children's play area. The Holiday Villas features 260 two and three bedroom villas that offer an apartment-like setting and feature separate bedrooms, two full baths, a complete kitchen, a living room and in-unit laundry. All Villas can accommodate a crib based on availability. Non-smoking rooms and handicapped rooms are available upon request at the hotel. Our 2 bedroom villas offer a queen-sized bed in the master with two single beds in the guest bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons per room. While our 3 bedroom villas offer a queen-sized bed in the master with two single beds in each of the guest bedrooms and will accommodate a maximum of 8 persons per room. Children under 18 years old stay free with an adult. Minimum age to check-in is 21 years of age.

    From Orlando International Airport via Route 417 - Greeneway
    1. Depart airport, taking South exit - Route 417 South(Kissimmee/Disney World/Magic Kingdom)
    2. Continue following signs for 417 (Kissimmee/Disney World/Magic Kingdom)
    3. Take Exit #6 (International Drive/Route 535/Route 536 East)
    4. After taking Exit #6, continue straight through stoplight (you will be on World Gateway) to Route 535 South.
    5. Turn Left onto Route 535 South.
    6. Turn right on Polynesian Isle Blvd. Continue to Lucaya Village, turn right into complex to check in office.

    From Orlando International Airport via Route 528 - Beeline Expressway (Alternate Route)
    1. Exit airport via North Exit - follow signs to Route 528 West (Beeline Expressway West)
    2. Continue on Route 528 West to Interstate 4 (I-4); follow sign West to Tampa
    3. Travel on I-4 West to Exit #68
    4. Take Exit #68 - SR 535 (Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee)
    5. Turn left onto 535 heading south
    6. Turn right on Polynesian Isle Blvd. Continue to Lucaya Village, turn right into complex to check in office
