Spring break groups are accepted at Cancun Palace, Beach Palace, Vallarta Palace, Cozumel Palace, Playacar Palace and Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. All hotels reserve the right to suspend any or all of its services to guests who, in the hotel's opinion, engage in improper, offensive, unacceptable, or dangerous conduct towards others or themselves.

All students must be 18 years and older.
Students under 18 must travel and room with a parent/legal guardian (no exceptions).
One chaperon over 25 years is required for every 20 students.
All students will be required to provide valid passports showing proof of age upon check-in.
Legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. Alcohol will be served to students 18 and older only.
Under-age drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punishable by law.
An ID may be requested at any time.
Bringing alcohol to the premises or taking it out is not allowed.
Radios or any sound devices may not be used in the rooms, building or at the pool any time.
