Other Important Information
- Palace Resorts policies for spring break/student groups
All students must be 18 and older. Anyone under 18 must travel and room with a parent/legal guardian (no exceptions). Proof of age is required. Students must provide valid passports upon check-in.
1 chaperone 25 or older must accompany every 20 students. Spring break groups will be accepted at the following resorts: Cancun Palace, Beach Palace, Vallarta Palace, Cozumel Palace, Playacar Palace and Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort.
Legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. Underage drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punishable by law. We will serve alcohol to guests 18 and older only and may ask for I.D. at any time. Bringing alcohol on the premises or taking off the premises is not allowed.
Tape recorders, radios and sound devices may not be used in rooms, buildings or at the pool area without headphones.
Guests are financially and legally responsible for all damages and disruptions caused on the property. A credit card will be required upon check-in to cover damages to the property, should they occur.
The hotel can and will suspend any or all of its services to guests who, in the hotel's opinion, display or enact improper, offensive, or unacceptable conduct, or behave in ways dangerous to others or themselves.
