    Once the package is booked, you’ll be contacted with redemption instruction. Show tickets must be reserved within 72 hours of receipt of ticket redemption instructions. Show tickets that are not requested prior to this date will be forfeited.

    You must check into the hotel and place a credit card on your hotel reservation prior to redeeming show tickets. Tickets must be picked up from the applicable Box Office at least 4 hours prior to show time by the primary guest whose name appears on the package reservation or the tickets are subject to release. If the package is cancelled, the ticket reservation will also be cancelled.
