US AIRWAYS VACATIONS MILLION MILES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

2. HOW TO ENTER. The promotional period begins on or about 12:01 a.m. MST on June 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on July 31, 2007 (“Promotional Period”). Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of US Airways, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be acknowledged nor returned. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Additional entries received from any one person during any one day will be void. For the purposes of the US Airways Vacations Million Miles Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each day will begin at 12:01 a.m. MST and end at 11:59 p.m. MST. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

a. Book a US Airways Vacations Walt Disney World® Resort package including airfare to and from Orlando and a three-night hotel stay at a participating hotel (“Package”) during the Promotional Period. Participating hotels are Disney's All Star Music, Disney's All Star Movies, Disney's All Star Sports, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney's Coronado Springs, Disney's Old Key West, Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside, Disney's Saratoga Springs, Disney's Beach Club, Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's Boardwalk Villas, Disney's Boardwalk Inn, Disney's Caribbean Beach, Disney's Yacht Club, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Fort Wilderness, Disney's Grand Floridian, Disney's Polynesian, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Villas at Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Pop Century Classic. Package can be booked online at usairwaysvacations.com, by calling 800-455-0123, or through a participating travel agent. The primary guest on each Package as designated at the time of booking will automatically receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. All entrants are required to have a valid Dividend Miles account number. To sign up for a free Dividend Miles account, visit usairwaysvacations.com/millionmiles or call the Dividend Miles Service Center at 800-428-4322. Travel agents will also receive one (1) entry per Package booked. To be eligible for entry, travel agents must not be employees, agents or independent contractors of Sponsor.

b. During the Promotional Period, visit usairwaysvacations.com/millionmiles to access the entry form for the Sweepstakes. Click on the link for the Sweepstakes and complete the entry form. To be eligible for entry, the entry form must be completed and submitted during the Promotional Period. To enter via this method, you must provide a valid Dividend Miles account number. To sign up for a free Dividend Miles account, visit usairwaysvacations.com/millionmiles or call the Dividend Miles Service Center at 800-428-4322. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Entering daily increases your chances of winning the grand prize drawing.

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals legally residing in the United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and US Airways Dividend Miles members at the time of entry. Persons interested in the promotion who are not Dividend Miles members may join online at usairwaysvacations.com/millionmiles or by calling the Dividend Miles Service Center at 800-428-4322. Residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not eligible for entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Computer-generated entries will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the Official Rules.

Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win the Prize in the Sweepstakes: (a) employees, agents or independent contractors of Sponsor and each of its parents and affiliates, agencies, distributors, wholesalers and retailers; (b) individuals engaged or employed by a company that is engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes; and (c) persons who are immediate family members (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in any of the preceding categories and individuals living with them in the same household.

4. PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) grand prize consisting of one million (1,000,000) US Airways Dividend Miles bonus miles (“Prize”) will be awarded by random drawing following the close of the Sweepstakes. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $20,000. Should the actual value of the Prize be less than the AVR stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Bonus miles do not count toward Dividend Miles Preferred status qualification. The credited miles may be redeemed in any manner consistent with the Dividend Miles Membership Guide or program rules, which are subject to change at any time without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Dividend Miles program rules, regulations, travel awards and offers at any time without notice and to end the Dividend Miles program upon six (6) months notice. Any such changes may affect the ability to use the Prize. Travel using Dividend Miles bonus miles is subject to governmental regulation, availability, capacity controls, embargo dates and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. Other restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winners are responsible for all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges, gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

5. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZE. The potential winner of the Prize will be chosen on or about August 10, 2007 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Promotional Period. The drawing will be conducted by US Airways personnel. All decisions of Sponsor are final. The potential winner will be notified by email and phone within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, each of which must be completed, signed and returned within five (5) business days from the date of issuance or the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.

If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor. By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Information regarding the winner will be posted on Sponsor’s website at usairwaysvacations.com/millionmiles following the drawing.

Note: You are not the winner of the Prize until your compliance with these Official Rules has been verified and redeemed in accordance with these Official Rules.

6. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Entries received by Internet submission have an equal chance of winning.

7. DIVIDEND MILES BONUS MILES TERMS. Dividend Miles bonus miles will be credited to the Dividend Miles account of the winner, who must provide a valid Dividend Miles account number in order to receive the mileage credit. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by holder of the Dividend Miles account on the date the entry was submitted. The credited miles may thereafter be redeemed in any manner consistent with the Dividend Miles Membership Guide or program rules, which are subject to change at any time without notice.

8. USE OF DATA. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at usairways.com/awa/content/privacy.aspx. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.

9. TAXES. Any valuation of the Prize stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of the Prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before the Prize will be awarded. Sponsor will send an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year to the address listed on the Prize winner’s Dividend Mile’s account and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for computer, network, printing, typographical, human or other errors, problems or malfunctions relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system for any reason; or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly; or are lost for any reason, including computer, telephonic, paper-transfer, or human error, or electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction, damage, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or infection for computer viruses, bugs, or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, US Airways reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion award the prize for the drawing at issue from among all eligible non-suspect entries validly received for such drawing prior to the action requiring such modification.

By participating, the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and all of its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any loss, property damage or damage to persons, including, without limitation, death and injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, including acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, including any travel or activity related thereto. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. DISPUTES. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12. CHOICE OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to Arizona choice of law rules.

13. WINNER’S LIST OR OFFICIAL RULES. For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a postage pre-paid, hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope by August 31, 2007 to: US Airways Vacations Million Miles Sweepstakes, Winner’s List or Official Rules, 4000 E. Sky Harbor Blvd., Internal Routing: CH-MKT, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Only one request for a Winner’s List or Official Rules per envelope mailed. Information regarding the Sweepstakes winner will also be posted on Sponsor’s website at usairwaysvacations.com/millionmileswinner on or about August 15, 2007.
